Thermal Imaging Inspection

Thermal imaging uses heat to show what's going on behind the wall, under the floor, and above the ceiling. It's quick, non-invasive, and the fastest way we know of to find problems before they get expensive.

We use infrared cameras to read temperatures across the structure. Wet drywall reads colder than dry drywall. Missing insulation shows up as a cold patch. Our inspectors read the images and walk you through what we found.

In a lot of cases we catch a slow leak inside a wall that the homeowner never knew about, and they avoid a much bigger mould job down the road.
